Consolidarea cercetării România-Elveția în măsurare și modelare a metanului.
Dezvoltarea unui unei infrastructuri avansate de măsurare a concentrațiilor atmosferice de metan în România, prin integrarea tehnologiilor de ultimă generație, pentru a genera date de înaltă calitate și observații în timp real.
Consolidarea capacității de cercetare prin instruirea specialiștilor români, transfer de cunoștințe și schimb de expertiză cu partenerii elvețieni, crescând competențele naționale în măsurarea, analiza și modelarea metanului.
National Institute for Aerospace Research "Elie Carafoli"
INCAS is Romania’s leading applied research institute in the aerospace field, with over 70 years of experience in aeronautics, aerodynamics, atmospheric science, and experimental flight. Its activity includes advanced research on atmospheric phenomena and the integration of scientific sensors on airborne platforms. The institute operates its own research aircraft fleet, including a BN-2A fully equipped for atmospheric measurements. This infrastructure enables the execution of measurement campaigns to monitor air pollutants, including methane.
