At this stage, the project is in its preparatory phase. The following actions have been completed:
- Signing the partnership agreement;
- Project implementation team established and responsibilities assigned;
- Preliminary planning of procurement activities;
- Preparation of technical specifications for equipment and services;
- Launch of procurement process for the project website development.
